NON1 SALTED RASPBERRY & CHAMOMILE 375ml

Introducing the 375ml bottle of NON1 Salted Raspberry & Chamomile [Sparkling] — a perfectly petite version of the iconic 750ml bottle you know and love. Light, bright, and beautifully balanced, this smaller bottle makes it easy to try before you buy the full size, take along to a picnic or dinner party, or gift to someone special. Delicately layered with salted raspberry, chamomile and a hint of fizz, it’s your ideal sparkling companion for brunch with friends, date nights, or slow Sunday afternoons. Pairs perfectly with citrusy salads, creamy desserts, and cured meats. ❤️ PROFILE Balanced, sweet & salty. Chamomile provides lingering tannins for a floral finish. PROCESS FRUIT - 48-hour cold steep of freeze-dried raspberries, sourced from Tasmania, Australia. Freeze drying removes 85% of water molecules from the fruit, which concentrates the flavour. TANNIN - Chamomile is used for tannin & creamy finish. Raspberry skins provide a small amount of tannin. SALINITY - Murray River salt provides salinity and creates a moreish sensation. ACIDITY - Verjus from Semillon grapes from the Barossa Valley, Australia. BALANCE - Just like the kitchen, sugar is used to balance at the end depending on the natural sweetness of the raspberries.

THE NON STOPPER

Sleek, minimal and functional the NON Stopper is designed to keep your NON and sparkling wine as fresh as when you opened it (for up to seven days when kept cold). Made from steel and silcone, the NON Stopper features no moving parts, meaning it will serve you well now and long into the future. Compatible with all NON bottles and most crown-capped glass bottles "The NON stopper is the result of five years of banging my head against the wall to find an answer to how to prevent waste and maintain our product's freshness. Unable to find a solution on the market that suited our style, we enlisted the help of Vert Industrial design house. Going beyond conventional methods, we opted for a design without mechanical parts. We chose not to take the easy route, aiming to make a significant impact with this innovation, creating a before-and-after moment in time.” - Aaron Trotman (NON founder & CEO)
