
A zesty, non-alcoholic take on the classic Eastside cocktail.

INGREDIENTS:
- 50ml Seedlip Garden 108
- 25ml lime juice
- 3 cucumber slices
- 5 mint leaves
- Ice
- 25ml Simple syrup*
- Cucumber ribbon (for garnish)
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup water
- Muddle cucumber slices and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker.
- Add Seedlip Garden 108, simple syrup*, lime juice and ice to the shaker.
- Shake and double strain into a coupe glass, and garnish with cucumber ribbon.
