Made w/ Seedlip Spice 94 & Agave Syrup, our Hibiscus Margarita strikes a sophisticated balance of sweet & spicy flavours that are complimented by a Sugar-Salt rim & warm Star Anise.
INGREDIENTS:
- Seedlip Spice 94: 60 ml
- Agave Syrup: 15 ml
- Hibiscus Tea: 30 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice: 7.5 ml
GLASS & GARNISH:
- Rocks
- *Spiced Sugar-Salt Rim - Combine 4 Tbsp Kosher salt, 2 Tbsp granulated sugar & 1 tsp of each ground Cinnamon & Nutmeg.
- Star Anise
METHOD:
- Lightly muddle all ingredients in a shaker.
- Add ice & shake & strain over ice.
- Garnish w/ a Star Anise and a half-rim of Spiced Sugar-Salt.
