Seedlip Spice Hibiscus Margarita - Cook & Nelson

Made w/ Seedlip Spice 94 & Agave Syrup, our Hibiscus Margarita strikes a sophisticated balance of sweet & spicy flavours that are complimented by a Sugar-Salt rim & warm Star Anise.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Seedlip Spice 94: 60 ml
  • Agave Syrup: 15 ml
  • Hibiscus Tea: 30 ml
  • Fresh Lime Juice: 7.5 ml

GLASS & GARNISH:

  • Rocks
  • *Spiced Sugar-Salt Rim - Combine 4 Tbsp Kosher salt, 2 Tbsp granulated sugar & 1 tsp of each ground Cinnamon & Nutmeg.
  • Star Anise

METHOD:

  1. Lightly muddle all ingredients in a shaker.
  2. Add ice & shake & strain over ice.
  3. Garnish w/ a Star Anise and a half-rim of Spiced Sugar-Salt.
