INGREDIENTS

• Seedlip Garden 108: 50ml
• Pear Jam: 1 large tbsp
• Lemon Juice: 15ml
• Egg White: 20ml

GLASS & GARNISH

• Chilled Martini Coupe
• Garnish w/ Lemon Zest

METHOD

1. Add all of the ingredients to a shaker and dry-shake for 30 seconds without ice.
2. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with a slice of Lemon Zest.
