
We all love a twist on the classic - and our Humble Root Mary is no exception. Made with carrot juice and Seedlip Spice 94 for a lighter, more refreshing flavour than a Bloody Mary, this cocktail will pair perfectly with your brunches this summer and summer.
Ingredients
- Seedlip Spice 94: 60 ml
- Carrot Juice: 60 ml
- Maple Syrup: 30 ml
- Lemon Juice: 30 ml
- Turmeric Powder: 1 pinch
- Cayenne Pepper: 1 pinch
- Highball
- Garnish with Carrot Tips
Method
- Combine ingredients into mixing glass with ice.
- Stir for 1 minute.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
