Pickles and pizza....? It may sound weird at first but take a chance and trust us.....this recipe is a winner. 

INGREDIENTS

• 1 pizza dough
• 2 - 3 McClure's Pickle Spears - Garlic Dill or Spicy
• additional toppings (mushrooms, olives, mozzarella cheese, rosemary, and arugula) 

METHOD

1. Dice up 3 or 4 McClure’s Pickles Spicy or Garlic Dill Spears and 2 or 3 cloves of the garlic from the pickle jar.
2. Place on uncooked pizza dough with your other favoUrite ingredients. Cook pizza dough at 400F for 20 minutes and enjoy a tangy or spicy pizza ala McClure’s.
3. Add arugula and rosemary after cooking the pizza.
